Chloe is nineteen, stubborn, unpredictable, and carrying something inside her that she barely understands. A power she must keep secret, outside of those like her. A Fox made of smoke, that refuses to stay hidden.

And then there's Torren, the man she's assigned to betray. He has black eyes, dark tattoos, and a Wolf born of shadows. He's mysterious, infuriating, and suddenly cares a little too much about keeping her alive.

Her first assignment from the Chivictus Clan seems simple enough, until Zaiya, a small child comes into the picture. Growing increasingly attached to those outside the Fox Clan, Chloe will learn that the most frightening thing isn't always what lurks in the darkness, but what happens when the World decides that some creatures are born monsters.

And she's about to discover what happens, when The Fox gets too close to the Wolf.

The White Dragon Hunter

Lysandra is just ten years old when she first lays eyes on a Dragon. He's beautiful, she thinks, before The White Dragon attacks her Kingdom, leaving her Caste's lands scarred, and her mother, the Late Queen Eyris, dead.

Armed with the desire for vengeance, she spends her youth learning to hunt the Monsters others choose to fear.

But when the hunt for The White Dragon draws her into an unknown land, she is lost to her people, and is forced to forge new alliances.

And when she finally comes face to face with The White Dragon, she is left with more questions than answers, realizing the truth isn't always black or white.

Beneath the Sea, secrets fester, and some of them refuse to stay hidden.

Bound by unwavering loyalty to her Marauder Father, caught in the net of the new King, and resisting love's pull of her moral compass, Aria must navigate the Seas once again. Aboard the Foreign Siren, a vessel led by Captain Victor, an ambitious and morally grey man, truth and deceit will blur, and her inner storm may prove more dangerous than the tides itself.

She will learn some secrets come with freedom, and others come with heartache.

I'm Aveline Wilderose, servant to the stories. Writer, Curator, Gardener and current Custodian of the house.

Don't ask me how I got here, I no longer recall my origins nor my first footsteps on these wooden floors.

But enough of that, come in. Stay awhile. You'll probably find us in the Den just chatting, when we should be in the Library writing.

But should you find us in the Game room playing, remind the House of other rooms.

Either way, stay as long, or as little as you like.
